HOW DO I  SELL EQUIPMENT WITH CRES IMAGING?
To list your surplus photo processing, digital imaging or graphics equipment with CRES Imaging, LLC either click on the contact us page, send an e-mail to one of our representatives or call us. We will ask for the make and model of the item(s) to be sold, what accessories included, condition of the equipment, etc. Pricing is based upon a NET TO SELLER listing.  Your price quoted is what you will receive when CRES Imaging, LLC sells your equipment. Our margin is added to the top. The seller is responsible to make the equipment available for shipping such as disconnecting from power, draining chemistry, removing from obstructed areas (basement, upper floors, etc.  The buyer is responsible for any crating costs, shipping expenses, taxes, duty, etc.

HOW DO I  PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM CRES IMAGING?
Contact us via the contact us page, e-mail or phone regarding any item(s) posted to our web site or items that you need but may not yet be listed on our site. In purchasing equipment, small items under $5000.00 and easily shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS etc are often offered on a right of return basis. Buyer bears the responsibility for all shipping costs. We accept credit cards via PayPal. Purchasing larger, higher cost items typically involves placing a fully refundable deposit with CRES Imaging, LLC for release of the information needed to contact the current owner. The buyer is strongly encouraged to do an on site inspection of the equipment by ether travelling to the location, hiring a factory technician or an independent technician. Upon inspection and approval the balance owing is sent to CRES Imaging, LLC and shipping arrangements are made. Financing is also available via Quest Financial Corp on domestic purchases. CRES Imaging has several sources for arranging shipping of equipment to any part of the world.

IS CRES IMAGING, LLC A BROKER OF EQUIPMENT?
Legally speaking CRES Imaging is a dealer in equipment.  We purchase the equipment and resell it to the buyer instead of collecting a commission for brokering the sale.  You will receive a bill of sale showing the purchase of your equipment from CRES Imaging, LLC.  We are responsible for clearing any liens on the equipment sold.  This may include our performing a UCC search and satisfaction of lien so you, the buyer are assured of receiving clear title to equipment purchased from CRES Imaging, LLC

Since CRES Imaging, LLC  lists equipment worldwide we have location codes for what part of the country / world equipment is currently located.

WHAT TERMS OF SALE DOES CRES IMAGING OFFER?
CRES Imaging, LLC is a cash and carry company. As stated above, smaller items can be offered on a right of return basis.  Sales over $1000.00 are typically by cashier check, credit card or bank wire transfer. We accept credit cards via Pay Pal for purchases up to $3000.00.  We DO NOT work with Letter of Credit. Under some circumstances we will accept CAD from some of our international customers. For our domestic customers CRES Imaging, LLC has a working relationship with Quest Financial Corp to arrange for lease/purchase  financing.  

WHAT WARRANTY IS OFFERED?
CRES Imaging, LLC sells used equipment. As such it is the buyers responsibility to determine the functionality and usability of the equipment purchased. As stated above, on small items a right of return can be offered. On major purchases the buyer should arrange for an on site inspection prior to completion of the sale.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DOES CRES IMAGING, LLC OFFER?
The primary business of CRES Imaging, LLC is to remarket quality used equipment. We have over the years been called upon to perform appraisals of used imaging/photo finishing equipment. There are a variety of purposes for appraisals. Some of these are bank loan / line of credit, insurance underwriting, sale of business, tax situations.
